The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced that Iran’s final wave of missile strikes on Israel was launched just minutes before a ceasefire took effect, calling the action a response to earlier Israeli attacks.

In a statement released Tuesday via the Tasnim News Agency, the IRGC confirmed that 14 missiles were fired at military targets across Israel.

The IRGC added that Iranian armed forces remain alert and are closely monitoring “enemy movements with open and vigilant eyes.”
